Become an integral part of Menasha Corporation as a Multi-Site HR Representative. This role blends recruitment, training, and employee relations in a hybrid setting.
You will support HR functions across various facilities with a focus on driving engagement and compliance. Your experience in HR and ability to foster employee relationships will contribute to the organization's success. This position entails regular travel and collaboration with plant management to ensure cohesive HR practices across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Provide HR guidance for employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations
• Facilitate onboarding and training initiatives
• Assist in employee engagement activities and culture-building
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or similar
• 2-3 years of HR experience, particularly in manufacturing
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices
• Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Workday preferred
