The Senior Lead Composite Mechanic assumes a critical role in overseeing composite repairs and modifications for aircraft components. With over 4 years of relevant experience, you will guide technicians and ensure compliance with FAA standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee composite repairs and structural modifications
• Provide leadership and training to junior composite technicians
• Interpret SRMs, blueprints, and technical documents
• Fabricate, trim,



and install composite components safely
• Conduct inspections to meet quality and safety standards

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• A minimum of 4 years in aircraft composite repair is required
• Experience in a heavy maintenance MRO setting preferred
• Military experience in composite work valued
• Must provide own tools and authorized to work in the US
