Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance and repair services on sterilizers and washers
• Lead installation projects alongside the Lead Technician
• Manage customer service contracts and pursue new opportunities
• Follow health and safety regulations during service delivery
• Maintain detailed documentation of all service activities
Requirements:
• 3-5 years relevant experience in field service
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
• Must be able to travel internationally
• Valid driver's license required for company vehicle use
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
