This role reports to the Production Manager, where you will direct shifts and empower your team, maintaining safety protocols and enhancing productivity. Your leadership will be essential in maximizing operational performance and resolving challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily production operations effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Motivate teams and develop individual employee growth
• Analyze report data to drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate training programs for recent and existing staff

Requirements:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
• Strong abilities in project management and teamwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
