Drive inventory accuracy and integrity across stores and warehouses
Manage inventory allocation, replenishment, transfers, and stock movement across the retail network
Monitor inventory levels to optimize product availability while minimizing overstocks and stockouts
Analyze inventory variances, shrinkage, and discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Develop and monitor inventory KPIs, reports, and processes to improve accuracy and reduce inventory losses
Oversee store inventory counts and support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation processes
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Analyze sales performance, inventory productivity, sell-through, and replenishment requirements
Use the AS400 inventory management system for data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and inventory-related processes
Support item setup, product master data maintenance, pricing updates, and inventory parameters for recent product launches
Identify inventory risks and recommend corrective actions
Improve inventory processes, methodologies, and system interfaces
Prepare inventory reports and actionable insights
Collaborate with Merchandising, Operations, Security, Finance, IT, Stores, Warehouses, Logistics, and external inventory-counting providers
Support continuous improvement initiatives enhancing inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and supply chain efficiency
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – mandatory
Experience in inventory planning, allocation, replenishment, supply chain, logistics analysis, inventory control,



or retail operations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience analyzing inventory data, variances, shrinkage, and operational KPIs
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to identify root causes, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience working with AS400 is considered an advantage
Experience with retail planning, inventory management, or ERP systems is considered an asset
Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in inventory management, including allocation, replenishment, and data analysis using AS400. Proven ability to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency through strong analytical skills and cross-departmental collaboration.
