As a full-time, permanent addition to our team, you will take the lead in engaging recent corporate partners, managing existing relationships, and fostering donor growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth-focused business development strategies
• Engage and manage relationships with corporate donors
• Tailor strategies to deepen connections with partners




• Monitor and optimize donor portfolio performance
• Provide mentorship to junior fundraising staff

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum seven years’ experience in fundraising or business development
• Strong knowledge of corporate partnerships and donor engagement
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fundraising software
