Collaborating closely with the Director of InnovationRCA, your insights will shape effective governance and financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for compliance inquiries
• Manage Company Secretarial responsibilities for subsidiaries
• Supervise daily financial control and budget approvals




• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
• Generate high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Experience as a qualified accountant in financial management
• Strong background in compliance and reporting
• Exceptional analytical skills and commercial awareness
• Knowledge of investment funds or higher education beneficial
