This full time position reports to the Manager of Partnerships and Pathways, playing a crucial role in developing recruitment strategies for both undergraduate and graduate international students. You will engage with recruitment partners, provide essential training, and manage the flow of admissions information to support these partnerships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage international recruitment partnerships
• Train partners on admissions criteria and processes
• Act as a liaison between agencies and admissions teams




• Collect and analyze partnership performance data
• Adjust strategies based on recruitment landscape changes

Requirements:
• Completion of a university degree and relevant experience
• Five years in recruitment or admissions with international focus
• Professional interaction skills with diverse stakeholders
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Knowledge of Carleton’s admissions and international education systems
