Reporting to the Weekend Day Shift Supervisor, you will ensure quality standards while performing essential tasks like deburring, polishing, and cleaning components. With 1-3 years of relevant expertise and proficiency in precision instrumentation, you will support various quality initiatives and continue your professional growth in a cutting-edge setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute deburring, filing, and polishing processes effectively
• Verify quality through operator self-verification
• Maneuver large parts using overhead cranes
• Participate in LEAN and Continuous Improvement efforts
• Assist with rework and surface finishing duties
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1-3 years of deburring experience
• Skilled in reading micrometers and verniers
• Must be eligible to work in Canada; comply with ITAR and CCGP regulations
• Ability to interpret drawing specifications and production orders
• Familiarity with Matrix and MPS/APS required
