This office-based role reports to the Manager of Supplier Operations. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to monitor materials and resolve issues quickly. Your data analysis will help keep inventory levels optimal and avoid shortages. Your agility in managing complexities will support our producers in delivering top-notch beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier agreements for production requirements
• Coordinate timely material delivery with logistics partners
• Maintain purchasing and inventory data in ERP systems
• Resolve supply chain issues related to shipments and discrepancies
• Support current product launches through material alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
• Five+ years in purchasing or inventory management
• Knowledge of supplier follow-up and order management
• Strong analytical skills for trend identification
• Proficient in IT tools and communication skills
