Your responsibilities will include developing and modernizing applications, supporting team-oriented initiatives with UIT teams, and conducting system evaluations to improve efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and recommend system enhancements for housing services
• Troubleshoot and support vendor applications and systems




• Maintain documentations for system processes and protocols
• Generate necessary reports and forms for operations
• Collaborate with partners to identify future housing needs

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
• Minimum of four years of experience in housing systems
• Experience in software/hardware implementation
• Strong skills in database and systems analysis
• Knowledge of web-based application troubleshooting
