Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all Food and Beverage logistics for events
• Implement and uphold service standards effectively
• Direct staff scheduling aligned with event requirements
• Handle monthly inventory checks and ordering needs
• Collaborate closely with event and culinary teams

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant managerial experience
• Certification in Serving It Right
• Expertise in culinary and beverage services
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage physical tasks, lifting up to 25 kg
