Your high-level expertise will facilitate effective recruiting, onboarding programs, and employee engagement strategies, supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment from screening to onboarding
• Collaborate with Leadership on talent development




• Conduct exit interviews and manage transitions
• Provide training and guidance on HR policies
• Coordinate engagement initiatives and Team Member surveys

Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience, focusing on Generalist role
• 1-2 years in recruitment and employee onboarding
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with employment laws and workplace standards
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
