The Kautex team is expanding and looking for an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to handle critical HR functions. You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding while assisting with employee relations and labor activities. Daily responsibilities also include managing HR records and supporting employee engagement in a vibrant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer daily Human Resources operations at the facility
• Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate screenings
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies




• Assist with labor relations and grievance management
• Support training and development programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar
• 1-2 years of experience in a unionized setting
• Familiarity with labor laws and employee relations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Experience with HRIS and documentation management
