Join the Asset Management Department in Oakville, where you will lead comprehensive asset management initiatives and lifecycle analyses. You will be responsible for developing asset management plans, coordinating annual capital budgets, and managing asset inventories in compliance with Ontario Regulation 588/17. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment across asset programs and municipal priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive Asset Management Plans per regulation
• Coordinate annual capital budget and ten-year forecasting
• Manage asset inventory and condition assessments
• Collaborate with departments on infrastructure needs
• Supervise consultant assignments and oversee project recommendations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. designation
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Asset Management principles and practices
• Solid project management and data analysis skills
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License Class G
