We seek a skilled Family Service Manager to coordinate multiple community initiatives at KAFS. This role will involve overseeing service delivery aligned with Ministry of Children and Family Development requirements and supporting a team dedicated to cultural practices. Your commitment to inclusive services will enhance community engagement and trust.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of up to 15, ensuring high performance
• Monitor program outcomes and manage funding agreements
• Review reports and submit stat updates as needed




• Oversee staff recruitment and performance evaluations
• Allocate and manage department budgets effectively

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or related discipline
• 7-10 years in Indigenous human services
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in social programs
• Deep understanding of Indigenous legislative frameworks
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation
