Join the Intensive Services Program in Timmins as a full-time Child and Youth Worker. This role is dedicated to empowering youth aged 8-18 through skill development and care.

As part of a community-based live-in program, your main duties will involve supporting children's development and implementing interventions. You’ll also manage essential records and ensure safety checks within premises. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding youth towards their personal growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct support to children and youth in residence
• Promote life and social skills for personal growth
• Monitor and record daily activities and incidents
• Maintain building safety with regular security checks
• Document logs and inventories as required

Requirements:
• Completion of relevant diploma or degree preferred
• Versatile availability for various shifts, including overnights
• Helpful experience with families, children, and youth
• Bilingual skills in English and French mandatory
• Holding a G2 driver's license and willing to upgrade
