As a leader in operational excellence, you will collaborate with process owners and ITF teams to drive deliverables, support TRACC implementation, and serve as a change agent. Engage in data analysis, facilitate problem-solving sessions, and monitor performance metrics to align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct process improvement initiatives with stakeholders
• Support TRACC implementation and ongoing improvements
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions for continuous strategies




• Monitor monthly Process Excellence performance metrics
• Drive Tactical Implementation Plans for operational goals

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant post-secondary education
• LSS certified - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• 2+ years in lean manufacturing and project management
• 4+ years in operations within FMCG/CPG environments
• Proven experience in shopfloor continuous improvement projects
