Key Responsibilities:
• Build, configure, and test interactive hardware and software
• Document equipment settings and troubleshooting processes




• Support IT operations and manage internal inventories
• Install and test systems at client locations
• Train users on equipment operation and support

Requirements:
• 2+ years in technical production or AV applications
• Proficient in Windows, Android, and iPadOS
• Experience with interactive systems and AV technology
• Knowledge of basic networking and electronics
• Valid driver’s license and passport for travel
