Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cultivation in a vertical farming system
• Manage and maintain farm equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure smooth overall operation of the farm
• Maintain detailed production and financial records
• Recruit and manage staff and/or volunteers effectively

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of farm management experience
• College/CEGEP education or equivalent
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Passion for environmental conservation
• Strictly on-site work, remote work not permitted
