As the Treasurer, you will be responsible for overseeing the organizations' financial investments and expenditures. Your analytical abilities will be used to review financial statements and prepare crucial reports for our board meetings and annual AGM. The Penticton & District Hospice Society has been providing exceptional end-of-life care for almost 30 years, and your financial guidance will be key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial investments and ensure their growth
• Review expenditures and provide financial oversight




• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Attend and report at nine monthly board meetings
• Work alongside the Board Chair to inform financial decisions

Requirements:
• Strong financial acumen with relevant experience
• Familiarity with nonprofit finance is a plus
• Proficient in preparing comprehensive financial reports
• Effective communicator with attention to detail
