We need a dedicated E-Commerce Account Manager ready to immerse in day-to-day operations across Shopify, Meta Ads, and email/SMS marketing. Your role will focus on building and troubleshooting Shopify storefronts, optimizing live ad campaigns, and executing marketing flows. Effective communication with clients will ensure their requests and questions are handled promptly in a busy agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute updates on Shopify storefronts and resolve issues
• Optimize live Meta Ads campaigns for client portfolios
• Daily client contact for questions and updates




• Create and manage campaigns in Klaviyo or similar tools
• Collaborate on landing page adjustments and marketing materials

Requirements:
• 1+ years of direct Shopify management experience
• 1+ years managing Meta Ads campaigns hands-on
• Experience in client-facing roles with multiple accounts
• Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced workload
• Familiarity with Klaviyo and copywriting
