Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety and performance through daily briefings
• Develop and implement safety action plans
• Coordinate with contractors to meet project goals
• Maintain documentation such as inspections and logs
• Train crew members in safety and operational procedures

Requirements:
• 2+ years as a Signaling Foreman
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ontario Class G driver’s license required
• Certification in Canadian Railway Operating Rules
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
