In this position, you will work closely with the Client Billing Services team, playing a key role in the entire billing cycle. Your main tasks will involve processing pre-bills, managing financial records, and providing operational support to our legal professionals. You will strive for accuracy, compliance, and service excellence in every client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process pre-bills and ensure timely billing cycles
• Collaborate with lawyers and assistants for Work in Progress
• Draft and finalize client invoices efficiently
• Coordinate month-end billing activities and reporting
• Support system enhancements and process optimization
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in relevant field
• At least 3 years of billing experience in legal services
• Familiarity with CMS/Aderant and Microsoft tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and compliance focus
• Robust oral and written communication skills
