In this position, you will oversee technical accounting across multiple vertical market software companies. Reporting to the Portfolio Director of Finance, you will be responsible for cash management, intercompany reconciliations, and ensuring clean audit outcomes. This energetic role also involves supporting acquisitions and collaborating with various department teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation and review of all business closing deliverables
• Own treasury functions, including cash visibility maintenance
• Coordinate tax compliance and consult with external advisors




• Guide on IFRS standards and complex accounting transactions
• Enhance internal control environments and audit readiness

Requirements:
• At least 7 years in accounting, preferably at a managerial level
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification required
• Proven leadership experience in finance teams
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 and 16
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and AI tools
