Key Responsibilities:
• Provide trauma-informed support to residents in need
• Plan and implement recovery-oriented programming and goals
• Conduct therapeutic groups and individual client sessions
• Make referrals to community resources and housing services
• Measure and report on client progress consistently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from accredited institution
• Active BC College of Social Workers registration
• Three years of relevant experience required
• Valid First Aid certification needed
• Passing a criminal records check mandatory
