Cencora is seeking an experienced Associate Program Manager to support various healthcare initiatives. You will maintain project communications, monitor protocol adherence, and assist in hiring and training staff. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, leadership, and effective collaboration with diverse teams for ongoing client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain territory caseworker assignments and project oversight
• Monitor compliance and documentation for assigned protocols
• Communicate regularly with clients and manage project updates
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff
• Report all adverse events to the relevant departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare or related field
• Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
• RN/RPN license is an asset
• Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft applications
