We are hiring a proactive Framer who will be instrumental in our robotic homebuilding operations. This role requires you to assemble wall and roof panels, troubleshoot problems, and adhere to quality control standards. Your ability to read blueprints and use various hand and power tools will be crucial in delivering high-quality home structures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and complete pre-built framing elements
• Understand and execute plans for building dimensions
• Cut and measure framing lumber as required
• Install doors, windows, and perform interior work
• Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years framing experience
• Journeyman Carpenter certification is advantageous
• Knowledge of imperial and metric measurement systems
• Experience with health and safety regulations
