Lead initiatives to support at-risk youth as the Manager for Youth Supportive Housing at Threshold Housing Society. Your expertise will be pivotal in executing effective housing solutions and community partnerships.

In this full-time role, you will manage a dedicated team, develop policies, and ensure adherence to trauma-informed approaches. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Island Health and BC Housing, to improve youth support services. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Master’s degree preferred in Social Work or similar
• 5+ years in a non-profit management role
• Strong understanding of harm reduction principles
• Proven experience in partnership building
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access
