Must Have Primary Skills

3+ years experience as an Automations BSA

Strongknowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Proven skills in data analysis, including knowledge ofscripting

Understanding of software development lifecycles

Nice To Have Secondary Skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend design alternatives.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of project objectives.

Proven Experience In

Robust Advisor knowledge and experience

Comfortable taking control and working autonomously

Experience in Solution Design for automated processes

Engage with stakeholders,



conduct functional and technicalassessments to identify business processes with automation potential.

Work closely with the Automation Developers and Test Engineersduring workflow testing and deployment to create knowledge transferdocumentation.

Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements forDynamics 365 CRM projects

Apply functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
