ESL Labs is expanding its team, looking for talented individuals to fill multiple EMC/EMI testing roles. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to conduct crucial testing programs while utilizing advanced laboratory equipment. This position provides the chance to operate anechoic chambers and conduct tests that meet key military standards. Both entry-level and senior professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tests according to military and aerospace standards
• Troubleshoot and operate sophisticated RF equipment
• Analyze detailed test data and generate reports




• Support lab automation and preventive maintenance
• Provide guidance to junior specialists and validate procedures

Requirements:
• Level 1: Electrical Engineering diploma or equivalent
• Level 2: Bachelor’s or diploma with 2–4+ years of experience
• Level 3: 5+ years of hands-on EMC/EMI testing experience
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 and related standards
• NATO Security Clearance and residency requirements
