As part of our in-house construction management team, you will implement your skills in preparing and updating drawing packages for our diverse portfolio. Working collaboratively with Project Managers, you’ll ensure each project maintains a high standard of design and functionality. Your passion for architecture and detail will define lasting venues from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive existing condition drawings
• Develop and draft concept plans and layouts




• Assist with project feasibility studies and planning
• Create technical drawings using Revit/AutoCAD/Sketchup
• Maintain drawing templates and construction standards

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience within the architecture field
• Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Knowledge of contract document preparation
• Experience with BCBC and zoning regulations
• Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for design
