Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the implementation of strategic plans and evaluations
• Cultivate relationships with local and government partners




• Inspire volunteer involvement and donor engagement
• Develop fundraising strategies including the Annual UJA Campaign
• Create an annual programming calendar to enhance community activities

Requirements:
• Over three years of senior management experience
• Proven track record in fundraising and community relations
• Commitment to Jewish values and life
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Relevant degree in Education, Social Work, or related fields
