Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will address claims by assessing damages, creating scopes of repair, and preparing detailed reports on your findings. Your background in property and casualty claims and your proficiency in Xactimate will position you for success in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate claims and create detailed reports
• Assess damages and determine scopes of repair
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Authorize or deny coverage based on investigations
• Negotiate claim settlements effectively

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of adjusting experience in fieldwork
• Level 1 or 2 Insurance Adjuster License mandatory
• CIP Designation preferred or in progress
• Strong mathematical and analytical competencies
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
