Key Responsibilities:
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly
• Conduct inspections to check for maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain common areas, entrances, and garbage areas
• Assist with unit turnovers, including cleaning and repairs
• Participate in handling emergency maintenance situations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in similar roles preferred
• General knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work on-call schedule
• Must hold a valid driver's license
