As a Resource Consultant, you will assess children's abilities, provide professional development to child care providers, and facilitate family support services. This position requires a deep understanding of child development and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse communities. You will work collaboratively to ensure access to child care resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of child care inclusion strategies
• Observe and document children’s growth and challenges




• Conduct training sessions for staff and parents
• Engage with community resources for special needs support
• Participate in inter-agency initiatives and meetings

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education degree with special needs focus
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Robust collaborative skills with community partners
• Excellent training delivery experience
• Must hold a valid Ontario Driver’s license
