As a Dispatcher I, you'll collaborate with the Petroleum Distribution team and report directly to the Transportation Supervisor. Your role involves managing the Terminal Management System, ensuring accurate loading information, and running effective driver training. The position is crucial for maintaining the refinery's operational excellence and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain the Terminal Management System
• Oversee loading racks and product management
• Generate truck and rail documentation accurately
• Analyze and forecast logistics for loading
• Assist in driver orientation and maintain maintenance records
Requirements:
• High school diploma with a business course or equivalent
• Eligible for CITT Level I certification
• Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
