Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited university (required)
Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, Part A, in good standing (required)
Hospital pharmacy residency preferred
Meditech computer experience an asset
Previous hospital experience an asset
Patient centred with attention to details
Excellent problem solving skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Committed to service excellence and patient safety
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualified Affiliations
Ontario College of Pharmacists (mandatory)
Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (preferred)
Ontario Pharmacists’ Association (preferred)
