As the Pharmacy Manager at North Central Co-op, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, reporting directly to the Director, Pharmacy Division. Your role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, scheduling and training staff, and managing inventory efficiently. You'll promote a culture of safety and compliance within the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential pharmaceutical care and customer service
• Schedule and train pharmacy personnel for quality standards
• Manage stock levels and department asset transactions




• Ensure adherence to safety and legislative guidelines
• Coordinate ordering and storage of pharmacy merchandise

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
• Active pharmacist license with Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Two years of experience as a Retail Pharmacy Manager preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Additional Prescribing Authority is an asset
