You will work within the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism to provide consultation, guidance, and educational resources on EDIA initiatives. By building robust relationships and fostering partnerships, you'll help advance cultural responsiveness and eliminate barriers across government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client departments in equity strategy implementation
• Conduct training to increase EDIA awareness
• Collaborate with various community partners
• Identify and remove systemic barriers to equity
• Contribute to policy and program evaluation efforts
Requirements:
• Experience in project management and policy evaluation
• Effective communication and training abilities
• Proven capacity in intercultural engagement
• Background in anti-racism advocacy
• Relevant post-secondary education
