As a Lead Hand with Ledcor, you will oversee daily operations, utilizing snowplow trucks and more to support essential highway maintenance. Solid supervisory experience, especially in road construction or maintenance, will be vital. You will assist with safety meetings, monitor the quality of work, and drive initiatives for health and safety concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders effectively
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways and assist with labor tasks
• Conduct equipment and road condition inspections




• Support planning with the Foreperson to meet milestones
• Ensure crew compliance with quality work standards

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license required
• Previous supervisory experience in highway maintenance
• Snowplow operation experience preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing
