AVL Manufacturing seeks a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer for our Charlotte, NC facility. This pivotal role will improve product development and operational efficiency through electrical engineering expertise.

In this role, you will bridge Engineering and Operations, assisting in FAT/EQT product testing while working closely with assembly teams to improve overall production efficiency. Your insights will be essential for addressing design issues and ensuring product quality, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret design models to support electrical assembly
• Enhance plant efficiency with improved testing and QA
• Develop solutions for production challenges with lead hands




• Implement engineering change requests effectively
• Conduct root-cause analysis with QA for ongoing improvements

Requirements:
• Degree in electrical engineering or technology required
• 5+ years in electrical engineering, assembly experience
• Knowledge of CSA, UL, NEC standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, experience with SolidWorks a plus
• Solid attention to detail in calculations and documentation
