As the Leadership Giving Officer, you will manage a portfolio of 110 to 125 donors and prospective donors, facilitating their philanthropic journeys. This role includes developing strategies for key partnerships, ensuring exceptional donor stewardship, and supporting annual giving campaigns. You will also engage in collaborative efforts across the university to enhance fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse portfolio of leadership donations
• Create long-term involvement plans for donors
• Respond to inquiries regarding leadership giving




• Collaborate on annual and endowed award renewals
• Drive fundraising efforts for sponsored projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years experience in post-secondary fundraising
• Solid organizational and research skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with RENXT or similar CRM
