Drive community engagement and collaboration with UJA Federation of Greater Toronto as the Director of Engagement. This full-time position involves enhancing Jewish identity through programming and strategic partnerships.

You will report to the Vice President of Jewish Engagement, significantly impacting efforts to foster access to Jewish experiences and education. Your leadership will be key in working closely with partners, managing grantmaking strategies, and nurturing coalitions aimed at addressing communal challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create impactful strategies for Jewish identity initiatives
• Lead partnerships with community lay leaders
• Establish and manage a comprehensive grantmaking framework




• Ensure alignment of programs with UJA’s long-term goals
• Promote creative solutions within the engagement landscape

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Jewish engagement
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Jewish community landscape
• Program development and planning experience
