In this role, you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on routine and preventive maintenance as well as troubleshooting manufacturing and packaging equipment. You'll work in a clean environment promoting skilled growth and collaboration among trades professionals committed to quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preventative maintenance tasks on machinery
• Address and resolve equipment breakdowns quickly
• Facilitate equipment installations and modifications
• Repair various parts within our shop
• Collaborate with other trades to achieve project goals
Requirements:
• Licensed Millwright with proven experience
• Knowledge in high-speed packaging and food industry
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Strong blueprint reading capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
