In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Senior Resource Geologist and focus on advancing geological and grade block models for the Island Gold District. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain geological models for underground and open pit operations
• Incorporate drilling and sampling data into models
• Aid in resource reconciliation and reporting
• Uphold QA/QC standards across all geological work
• Collaborate with Mine Planning and Exploration teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related discipline
• 3–5 years in a mining role, plus 1–2 years in resources
• Proficient in Datamine, Acquire, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Preference for candidates eligible for GIT or P.Geo
• Certification for underground mining environments required
