As the Manager of Manufacturing Talent Acquisition, you will be pivotal in executing the North American recruitment strategy tailored for West locations. This hands-on position requires leading a team and crafting sourcing strategies that meet current and future hiring needs in manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide four recruiters with mentorship and strategic direction
• Innovate sourcing strategies for hourly and salaried roles
• Act as brand ambassador for McCain’s manufacturing divisions
• Collaborate with Plant HR and leadership on recruiting efforts
• Create talent acquisition metrics to demonstrate recruitment ROI
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required, HR focus preferred
• Over 6 years in in-house talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience leading change initiatives in recruitment
• Adaptability to dynamic and shifting priorities
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
