Provide essential support as a Homelessness Outreach Worker with BC Housing located in Smithers, BC. This full time role focuses on assisting individuals navigating homelessness within the community.
Reporting to the Coordinated Access and Assessment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting people with necessary housing services and resources. Your work will involve collaborating with various service providers and participating in a regional response team to address homelessness effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Connect vulnerable individuals with appropriate resources
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• High School diploma and social service courses
