As a key member of our team, the 310T mechanic will troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems and perform necessary repairs. Responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance and developing apprentices to ensure quality service. Maintaining an organized and safe work environment is crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty truck components
• Execute in office service repairs for clients
• Coach apprentices to enhance their skills
• Keep a tidy, organized workspace
• Build rapport with customers during service

Requirements:
• Hold a valid 310T Truck and Coach License
• 3-5 years of experience in truck repair
• Competence in on-site service work
• Familiarity with Cummins systems is beneficial
• Knowledgeable about safety regulations
