As a Compliance Supervisor reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will oversee Risk & Compliance Specialists within a unionized framework. Your duties will focus on ensuring adherence to critical legislation while fostering a positive work culture and supporting ongoing staff development. Quality management systems, regulatory audits, and compliance analyses will be central to your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily supervision of compliance specialists
• Oversee compliance activities and reporting obligations




• Implement and improve water quality management systems
• Provide training on compliance regulations
• Facilitate stakeholder relations during audits and inspections

Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 3-5 years in water/wastewater operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory setting and compliance
• Internal Auditor training is an asset
• Class G driver’s license required
